Who I am

I am Daniel Bark. I run TedLens. There is no registered company and no data protection officer.

What TedLens does

TedLens reads public TED procurement notices and tells a software company when one notice looks close enough to investigate. A match means investigate, not bid.

If I email your company

For the current pilot I only use a public role address such as info@. I record the source page and the date I took it. I do not buy lists and I do not scrape inboxes.

The mail is a one-off. It points at a private briefing for that company. Reply no and I will not follow up. That is the opt-out for this pilot. I do not use open-tracking pixels or rewritten links on prospect mail.

The sending policy's working assumption, not a lawyer's opinion, is legitimate interest in B2B contact data where that country's ePrivacy rule allows a message to a legal-person role address. Named personal inboxes are out of this pilot.

I keep the role address, the source, and a short lawful-basis note until I score the three-company batch. I keep an opt-out list so I do not email that address again. I delete the rest of that contact record after scoring unless I still need it to handle a complaint or a rights request.

Company briefing pages

Those pages are noindex. They are not a public directory of recipients. If you type a profile correction, it stays in your browser for now. There is no hosted profile store.

Clicks on those pages are named events in the browser until PostHog Cloud EU is connected. I do not join those events back to your email address.

Who else sees data

• Microsoft Exchange Online hosts daniel@tedlens.com.
• Hunter is connected to that mailbox for later sequence control. I have not sent through Hunter. I have not archived Hunter's DPA in this repository yet.
• PostHog Cloud EU, Stripe, Neon, and Resend are planned. They are not connected. Resend is for people who opted in to product email, not for cold outreach.

Microsoft and Hunter may process data outside Sweden under their own terms. I do not run a second analytics vendor.

Cookies

This page does not set cookies. Company briefings use sessionStorage in your browser for local event notes. No marketing cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete personal data I hold, or object to my using it. Email daniel@tedlens.com. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or to the authority in your country.

If this notice changes, I will change the date at the top.
